Cafe Mima (1020)
As soon as you enter, the unique atmosphere will captivate you and you will end up in a large living room: vintage furniture, shabby chic, large wooden tables, many colorful lights, candles, lanterns and fairy lights wrap the location in a cozy atmosphere.
Cafe Phil (1060)
Once you have found your way here, you will always come back, but you will not want to leave at all. With its mix of bookstore, café, venue and furniture store, the phil is simply balm for all the senses and the soul: From the speakers sound soft sounds, sometimes indie, then French chansons or jazz.
The restaurant impresses with its unusual spatial concept, especially in the back of the café: You sit in a cocoon of thousands of sparkling gold lights. Those who prefer to let their gaze wander over the Freyung can sit in the window seats or in the summer in the garden. Incidentally, the coffee is self-roasted.
Coffee Pirates (1090)
The café is decorated with bright, modern wooden furniture and is predominantly populated by students. Large, long tables in the middle of the room invite you to interact with others, but there are also plenty of corners where you can concentrate on your own.
When it comes to the most cozy cafes in Vienna, of course, the full board is not missing. It smells of Oma's self-baked cake as she passes by. The wide selection of coffee and tea specialties completes the offer, so that you do not want to leave anymore.
Cafe Siebenstern (1070)
Whether in the cozy indoor area or in the cozy garden, here you feel comfortable and it can happen quickly that you forget the world around you. Located in the heart of new building.
The iconic trendy restaurant with charming 70s interior and hidden patio garden in the courtyard, invites you to linger. In addition to the traditional coffee variations (from the roastery Alt Wien) you can also wake up with organic spelled coffee from the French Press or flavored Moccacino.
Lots of dark wood, white walls, green plants and exposed bricks - the propeller is a great place to start or end the day with chilled music, especially in the niches by the window.
Located in the building of the former Dogenhof on Praterstraße. Supersense Cafe is a mixture of cafe, concept store and music studio. In the back of the spacious interior, Polaroid and acoustic fans can get their money’s worth, all others can look forward to a sumptuous breakfast offer within a cool & cozy athmosphere.
Gerstner Café (1010)
Cafe Schwarzenberg (1010)
The Schwarzenberg was first opened in 1861 as Café Hochleitner and later as Café Sperrer, before it got its current name in 1902. It is particularly cozy today in the window boxes, served in a suit and in addition to daily recommendations, cakes and coffee variations may not be missing.
Cafe Landtmann (1010)
Café Landtmann is particularly elegant and timeless, where Mr. and Mrs. Vienna as well as tourists from all over the world come for coffee, cake or lunch. What unites them? The sense for the beautiful, for pleasure and for the Viennese coffee house culture.
Cafe Frauenhuber (1010)
The oldest café in Vienna, open until today, is something very special. Not many establishments can boast that once upon a time the guests were spoiled with table music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven. Even today, the magic of the past is tangible in the air and one feels transported back hundreds of years.
Cafe Sperl (1060)
Vienna remains Vienna and the Sperl remains the Sperl - since 1880. Right in the heart of the 6th district, on the corner of Gumpendorfer Straße and Lehargasse the Sperl awaits you with noble coziness. The large windows give a view of the street and the dark wood of the furniture together with the red upholstery gives a warm and homely feeling.
Cafe Ritter (1060)
The café was opened in 1867 in the former summer palaccoffe e of Prince Esterhazy in Mariahilf and moved 20 years later to its current location. Centrally located in the middle of the bustling shopping street, the Café Ritter is the perfect oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets and enjoy a „Verlängerter“ while reading a newspaper.
