7 tips how to relax during your coffee break
1) Go to a coffee house:
Escape from the daily routine and change scenery. The best way to enjoy not only a great cup of coffee but also a nice and cozy atmosphere is to go to a coffee house. Especially in Vienna coffee houses are known as places to relax. Whereelse one could enjoy his or her coffee with a tasty milk foam in such a nice surrounding.
2) Take it outside:
If you work in an office at a desk, like most of us do, you probably spend too much time in a chair staring at a computer monitor. Take your coffee cup and have a small walk around the building. This will help you stretch out a bit and come back more energized and relaxed. Or you just take your cup of coffee and your travel guide, sit down in the green and read some relaxing stuff about your next trip (eg. to Vienna).
3) Read a book:
Reading is perhaps one of the best hobbies in the world, and one of the healthiest. Whether you’re reading fiction or browsing through a travel guide, a newspaper or a poem, reading is not only educational and informative, it’s also entertaining and relaxing. And the best part – you can read wherever you want, outside in the green, at home, on the beach in a coffee house or in the plane. No matter how much stress you have at work or countless other issues faced in daily life, it all just slips away when you lose yourself in a great story. So lay back with your coffee and enjoy letting tensions drain away and allowing you to relax.
4) Plan your next trip:
